Q: Who are you?
We’re Mocking Bear Outfitters — a small brand inspired by the Alaskan lifestyle. Every shirt is printed just for you (no warehouses, no dust).

📦 Orders & Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take?

• We take 2–5 business days to make your order.

• U.S. shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after that.

• Total = 5–12 business days for most U.S. orders.

• International orders can take 7–21 business days, depending on customs.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to many countries. Keep in mind: international buyers are responsible for customs duties and taxes.

Q: Will I get a tracking number?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow your package.

👕 Products & Sizing

Q: How do I know what size to order?
Check out our Size Guide (linked on each product page). Both Bella + Canvas 3001 and Gildan 64000 tees are unisex fits, so they work for both men and women.

Q: What if I order the wrong size?
Since each item is made-to-order, we can’t exchange for size changes. Please double-check the size guide before ordering.

Q: How should I wash my shirt?

• Wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle.

• Tumble dry low or hang dry.

• Don’t iron directly on the print.

• Don’t dry clean.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Q: What’s your return policy?

• ✅ We replace/refund if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• ❌ We can’t accept returns for wrong size or “changed my mind.”

Q: How do I start a return or refund?
