Returns & Refunds
Short version: Every shirt is printed just for you after you order, so there's no warehouse to send things back to. But if your order isn't right, tell us — we'll make it right. 🐻

✅ Free replacement or full refund if:
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
- There's a print or quality issue
- You got the wrong item, size, or color from what you ordered
- The product page described it wrong — that one's on us, not you
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo if there's something to see. We'll replace it free or refund you in full, your call.
You keep the original. Don't ship anything back — we can't restock it, and we're not going to make you stand in line at the post office for our mistake.
📏 If it just doesn't fit
Made-to-order means there's no warehouse to send it back to, so we can't do free size swaps the way a big-box retailer can.
But email us anyway and tell us what happened. We're small enough to look at things case by case, and we'd rather sort it out than leave you holding a shirt you can't wear.
Before you order: check the size chart on the product page. Most of our tees are printed on the Gildan 5000 — a heavyweight unisex tee with a classic, relaxed cut. It runs straight through the body rather than shaped at the waist, with a wider shoulder and a higher neckline than a women's tee. Want a closer fit? Size down. Want room to move? Stay true to size.
And if you don't see your size — especially 4XL, 5XL, or beyond — reach out. We can almost always get it for you.
🕒 Timing
- 30 days from delivery to reach out about any issue
- Refunds go back to your original payment method
- Banks take 5–10 business days to post it
- Still nothing after 15 business days? Email us again and we'll chase it

We're a small shop. We'd rather fix a problem than win an argument about it. If something about your order isn't right and it doesn't fit neatly into the categories above, email us anyway and tell us what happened.
